We use N48 neodymium magnets from certified, ethical and sustainable sources. These magnets are shielded in a stainless steel housing on the side that is closest to the head.

Canada Returns: We gladly accept returns on all hats within 30 days of receiving your order as long as they are unworn, undamaged, with all original tags attached. Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable and all custom orders are final sale. We do not accept exchanges on Canadian orders and ask you to return the order for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods. We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure: Please reach out to our contact form with your return inquiry to initiate a refund request and receive return instructions. Please include: order number, name, address, and reason for return. We will reply to your request within 48 hours. All reutrns are subject to a $20 handling fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
